A large number of so-called "thermoplastic matrix fiber continuous reinforcing tape (CFRTP)" can be post-processed by winding or pressing processing techniques. Australian Quickstep Technologies' patented "vacuum fluid heat transfer" process highlights the advantages of these semi-finished products. Even complex and symmetrical products can be optimized for the production process to shorten the production cycle. Celstran thermoplastic composites are produced in a continuous process with a unidirectional oriented reinforcing fiber complete impregnation process.
