After printing, they only need to be steamed and dried, eliminating the need for washing and finishing processes. The process flow is short. The effect is better in the light-color printing of silk knit fabrics, suitable for the garment printing of the knitting industry.
Take silk knit jersey and silk knit double rib printing fabrics as an example, the color paste composition is: active dark green KE-4BD (Dual Chlorotriazine Structure) 0.5%, synthetic thickener KG-401 (polycarboxylic acid Salt electrolyte) 3%, water 96.5%. Process flow: printing → drying → steaming → drying. The resulting printed fabric has a good hand and color fastness.
