Confidex is a world-renowned RFID tag manufacturer headquartered in Tampere, Finland, and has offices in Europe, North America and China. Confidex, a label manufacturer, announced the launch of a new UHF RFID tag, Confidex Carrier, for plastic shipping containers used to ship goods in the manufacturing and supply chain.
Confidex Carrier complies with the EPC Class1 Gen2 standard and uses an acrylic adhesive. According to the company, the new label has been tested in industrial applications to ensure durability and adapt to the daily use of plastic shipping containers for several years.
Confidex offers a wide range of other RFID tags, including UHF EPC Gen2 Ironside, Steelwave tags (mainly for use on metal), and reusable Survivor EPC Gen2 tags.
